I am an operations management professional who thrives on building superior teams to meet and exceed organizations' goals. My diverse experience in operations management, being a Board Member for several organizations, and my military service empowers me to successfully operate in many environments. I especially enjoy the challenges of building organizations that industry peers attempt to emulate, which is what I believe is the true measure of success. I have an extensive background in athletics ranging from participation to management and governance. Athletics, combined with my United States Marine Corps experience, naturally makes me a competitive person. I persevere until my team wins. I temper this strong desire to win with the philosophy of "be a humble winner and a gracious loser". Above all the Marine Corps and athletics taught me to be disciplined, professional, respectful, and honest while driving hard to build a winning organization.
