About Tim Simon Molkenbur

As a personnel consultant, I support medium-sized companies in filling management positions in various functional areas (including general management, finance, engineering, HR). I focus on the industries logistics/trade and technical services - such as waste management. At the same time, I also support traditional production companies. Zugleich betreue ich auch klassische Produktionsunternehmen. Ziel ist die Gestaltung eines Prozesses von der Beratung hinsichtlich des Anforderungsprofils über die Suche nach passenden Personen bis hin zur Koordination des Auswahlprozesses.
