About Tim Sims

I am a vastly experienced people leader with a proven track record of outstanding results. I have a wealth of experience looking after multiple locations around the UK and Ireland, leading large teams to success. I am used to setting strategy, agreeing and delivering business objectives and my results have been achieved through my people and the culture we have created together to ensure my units are a great place to work. Identifying, retaining, coaching and nurturing talent has been a critical part of my success over the last ten years in senior leadership role. My career has been focused on people leadership coupled with leading businesses and delivering commercial objectives. I have significant experience and a track record of success in leading change and have achieved this through motivational engagement and communication to all levels of the organisation. I am well versed in dealing with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally and have experience of working with consultants on change programmes to achieve desired results. I am an experienced coach of leaders and assessor of their coaching skills. Observational feedback is a day to day occurrence and I refuse to walk past mediocrity and anything that has an adverse effect on customers. My approach to success has been consistent in every leadership role I have undertaken and I absolutely believe that if the people agenda is right, you make it a great environment for colleagues to work in, then the results in other areas take care of themselves.
