First and foremost, I love business. I love the concept that entrepreneurs can work for themselves, be more hands on, take on more, make more, and do good for their communities. I am energized by running a growing business and finding new opportunities that work. I want to be constantly learning, testing new ideas, and taking on new challenges. I enjoy accounting because it is the fundamental system upon which our world is built. There is beauty to its relative simplicity, the checks and balances that are built in to steer the system and maintain its integrity. It summarizes billions of data points into comprehensible analysis that can be universally understood. Accounting is a language and a process, a method, and an end result. It imparts discipline, standards, accountability, and ideal controls when implemented properly. I enjoy real estate because it is tangible, it is the best long-term investment, it offers predictable cash flows, excellent returns, and various tax advantages for wealth creation. The thrill of negotiation is unlike any other profession. I enjoy both industries because I get to meet people who need my expertise, attention, and care. I love working with people, serving others, educating my clients, and seeing them succeed. Their success is my success!
