I'm on the pitchers mound analyzing with the catcher as we contemplate the perfect pitch to get us out of this inning. The catcher looks at our coach as he gives him a few signs of what to throw next. I get the sign and make the decision that it wasn't the right one, The catcher gives another and we agree upon the pitch. I throw and its a big strike three. We head into extra innings.While working in several different categories of employment, one thing that I have learned is that sometimes as a leader, we want our employees to follow our advise. But we are happy when they see something we don't and make a last minute change to fulfill that promise to a customer. That's how I view being a leader and following my leaders. I constantly analyze and figure out what is the best way to achieve my goals. I do this by working with my team members and communicating with them as I get their input. I am reliable and hardworking so that I know when it's game time, that I am always prepared. I don't give up and I don't quit. I finish the job and I achieve my goals.
