About Tim Soltis

Certifications: CPA and CISA Executive Training- Harvard Senior Fellows Program - Federal Executive Institute Visionary leader with proven senior executive (SES) experience to lead large and complex financial management, grant-making, and other mission support organizations across major sectors of the Federal government (DoD, Intelligence, and Civilian) and to drive meaningful and lasting enterprise-wide transformation, while promoting accountability in agency programs and the effective and efficient use of agency resources. I built and led diverse and professional, high performing teams that proactively responded to agency strategic objectives and dramatically improved end-to-end financial management business processes in multiple organizations that I worked, despite their vastly different missions, organizational structures, cultures, staff capabilities, and management challenges. I did so by building coalitions with and working alongside Federal political and career leadership, contractors, and key stakeholders in the financial management and oversight communities. Key strengths include: created future state visions into strategic plans and translating plans and political direction into executable strategies; building effective internal and external coalitions; improving performance; developing impactful policies and legislative proposals; getting data-driven information to decision making; and building a vision for a 21 century workforce. My passion lies with helping the Federal government integrate mission support operations over the long-term to drive down costs, improve services, and to deliver expected results for American taxpayer.
