As the Senior Engineer of Technical and Customer Services at Alloy Software, I have been contributing to the success of our technical and customer support team for over four years. My role focuses on delivering exceptional customer and technical support, creating comprehensive knowledge base articles, and training new team members to ensure seamless service delivery. I also collaborate closely with the 24-hour support team, supporting operations alongside leadership while managing and guiding the technical support team during normal business hours. With a demonstrated ability to empower teams through empathy, active listening, and patient guidance, I bring a strong passion for mentorship and effective communication. Previous experiences include creating training materials, troubleshooting guides, and providing hands-on mentorship at both Alloy Software and DocuWare. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, I aim to drive organizational success while enhancing the skills and confidence of team members.
