Having worked through a vocational route to his current position, Tim has developed a broad understanding of the Civil engineering industry and gained invaluable knowledge at all levels. A proven track record demonstrated in a variety of environments, forms of contract and delivery models, Tim demonstrates an excellent commercial acumen having managed contracts and projects from tender, through delivery to close out ensuring margins are met and expectations exceeded. Tim prides himself for working extremely closely with all of his clients to understand their issues and concerns and is proactive to ensure that their aspirations and desired outcomes for the project are met. He is a flexible and adaptable individual who is dedicated to understanding the key drivers for each project he takes responsibility for and how these objectives can be correctly interpreted to exceed customers’ expectations. Calling upon his experience he is able to develop solutions and engineering problems which incorporate both practical feasibility and safe installation. His attention to detail and strong work ethic have enabled him to develop the requisite practical and technical skills required to ensure successful delivery.
