Specialist for 20 years specifically in ERP, Student Administration and Research systems for Higher Education, Local Government and other Private and Public sector organisations across the UK with outstanding customer credibility. My involvement starts when there is a requirement for customisation to standard product. Typically, this will involve providing Integration, supporting business process changes / data capture to the application, addressing security and authentication challenges, but essentially owning and running with any requirement that cannot be fulfilled by standard product. I will engage with the customer from the outset and work with the PM to provide analysis and solution design resulting in a technical specification for sign off. I will develop and test the solution using Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and provide full technical support on delivery (which may involve training) through to solution sign off. I have extensive experience in working with both on-premise and SaaS environments and the challenges these present. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, highly developed IT competencies and first class communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Self-motivated with excellent team work skills and capable of independent working. Efficient, effective, thorough and enthusiastic. Proactive and adaptable with highly transferable skills.
