I am an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in designing new systems, evaluating existing systems and designing the integration of changes into well-established systems. I have extensive experience creating Design Specifications, performing Systems Analysis and creating detailed Software Documentation. For the past 5 years or so I have been creating Mobile to Web Applications using J2ME connecting to Java Server Pages (JSP). The scope of the application also includes the development of a Web based medical centralization application that uses said JSP with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver, capture and maintain personal overall medical health information. The J2ME development is directed at Blackberry, Nokia, Motorola and LG devices. I also have language expertise is in COBOL with a mainframe emphasis, but have developed COBOL for the PC as well. Database background is MySQL with some Oracle. Also have MS Access/CISAM/VSAM/Flat files experience. Hardware associations ranges from PC’s to Mini’s to Mainframes. Past history of designing and building applications involving POS/Inventory, for Mail Order Catalog and Wireless industry, as well as Billing Application involvement for Wireless Industry.
