About Tim Taylor

My aim is to provide leadership and strategic planning to a business or organization that values creativity, relationships and profitability. My most thorough expertise is in the coffee industry. From the coffee farm to the cup, I have experience with every step of the process involved in crafting an outstanding cup. I consult with and train customers in setting up successful, quality driven and innovative coffee programs. I have experience working with restaurants, independent coffee shops, offices and churches. My aim is to engage people with a deeper and more profound coffee experience. More recently I’ve had a heightened interest in product development and have released a number of products for Pedestrian as well as for a handful of clients I’ve consulted with. I’ve realized my skill set in developing food and beverage products with a focus on using natural ingredients extends far beyond the coffee sector and I would love to explore opportunities to consult or collaborate with those looking for such a skill set. Please reach out! Specialties: I'm a roaster, cupper (taster), coffee buyer, barista trainer, coffee consultant and educator. I'm certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) as a Lead Instructor.
