About Tim Tegrootenhuis
I worked for two years out of college as a financial services provider. I was able to attain a Series 63 and Series 7 license. I then worked for a Pizza Ranch franchisee for 2 years as an assistant manager. I moved to Pella Corporation and worked as a manager in the factory for 3 years. I was promoted to a production manager with responsibility over 5 department managers and 150 employees. I was responsible for the 2nd shift production of the wood door line. I then was promoted to a planning manager role in the vinyl division. This role’s responsibility was the development and completion of any major project in the vinyl division. This role allowed me to work with engineering, marketing, operations, IT, HR and finance to complete these projects. In 2012, I left Pella Corporation to open my first Culver’s as a franchisee. I was awarded the honor of being the top new franchisee at Culver’s Reunion in February of 2014. I was able to then purchase another Culver’s location in 2019.
