I have been a resident of Mid Missouri for over 30 years. I am married to my wife, Christie, and have a son, Tanner and daughter Carleigh. I am a retired police officer of 20 years. Over 15 of those years were spent dealing with landlord/tenant issues, residential code issues, planning and zoning issues and more. Combining my passion to help people, improve the livability of neighborhoods, and my knowledge of real estate throughout mid Missouri, I became a Realtor in 2014. I have also owned a Property Management company which has helped me truly understand all aspects of investment property real estate. Since becoming a Realtor I have consistently been in the Top 10 of producing agents in our office of over 100 agents. My specialties have grown into Residential, Multi Family Investment Property, Commercial Investment Property, Condominiums, Vacation Homes, Vacation Rentals, and Fix/Flip properties.
