About Tim Tielens

I'm a technology consultant with a background in organizational science and sociology. I'm fascinated by the interplay of technology, processes and people in organizations and how each of those variables influence the other. I firmly believe any digital transformation comes down to people. I am at heart an organizational change manager, that just happens to know technology; Digital transformation really doesn't need to be the mythologized thing it is now, most of it is still organizational change. A lot of organizations are struggling with the latest digital trends, and that's because they think it's an IT or data issue. Too often they respond by just hiring more people or buying expensive outside services. They really shouldn't. Your entire organization should be digitally capable and data aware. And everyone can be! It isn't that difficult once you strip away the buzzwords! And that's what I can help you with.
