I am a Talent Acquisition Program Specialist at Air Transport Services Group, Inc.(ATSG), a global leader in air cargo transportation and related services. With a background in marketing and talent acquisition, I specialize in creating impactful programs that connect top talent with meaningful opportunities while amplifying ATSG’s employer brand. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Wilmington College (OH) in 2022, where I honed my skills in strategic planning, project management, and community engagement. In my current role, I lead initiatives such as the ATSG Summer Internship Program and A&P Pathway Program, fostering partnerships with colleges and universities to build a robust talent pipeline. I also coordinate immersive experiences like job shadows and facility tours, helping candidates envision their future at ATSG. Previously, as a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, I directed the ATSG Summer Aviation Camps, a program designed to inspire youth in the surrounding community to explore and pursue careers in aviation. This initiative combined hands-on learning experiences with opportunities to engage directly with ATSG’s operations and professionals, cultivating excitement and passion for the industry. My marketing expertise includes social media strategy, content creation, and analytics, with a proven track record of driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility. Additionally, I co-hosted and produced a podcast exploring digital marketing and storytelling, blending creativity with a passion for connecting with audiences.
