As an Entrepreneur, Senior Level Sales Trainer and Leader, with a long history of developing personnel, delivering and supporting successful large-scale training and sales initiatives that result in business development, client acquisition and revenue. An expert in human behavioral change and persuasion with a rich background in automotive marketing, I have trained well over 1500 sales people and led in excess of 500 of my own seminars. I have also helped to develop two different and successful start ups - DealerMatch.com and BestRide.com. I was also integral in the training and development of AutoTrader.com sales reps and managers at it's inception in Approachable, creative and driven, I'm a team oriented leader who is concerned with winning and helping others succeed and not who gets credit. Some of the things I’m really good at-Training and Employee Development -Teaching people the art of Persuasion in sales to help them win major awards at next year’s national sales meeting -Teaching sales people the best way to change a prospect's opinion of his current product in favor of theirs -Making dry subjects fun and understandable -Embarrassing my kids in public. Some of my accomplishments-Developed Hypnotic Selling Skills program to teach sales reps the Science of Persuasion -AutoTrader.com’s second trainer ever hired.(I obviously take credit for their success.)-Invited to participate in hypnosis study with the Harvard Medical Anesthesia Department -Performed over 500 Comedy Hypnosis Shows and Seminars on major cruise lines.
