Hi and thank you for viewing my profile. I’m a driven tech lead who builds product visions, talks passionately about it and establishes a safe, creative and productive working environment. I do this by connecting to colleagues, zooming out and connecting the dots so that teams from across divisions can find each other and add more value to the customer. I have held several positions that connect business with IT and vice versa; early in my career I’ve worked as a program manager and not only delivered the program objectives, but also helped transform business and IT into one well organized department. I employed the successful Objectives & Key Results methodology into the program where it contributed to bring focus for the Agile software development teams. By proving its success, it was later widely adopted within the company. You can read about it some more in my post on LinkedIn. I am passionate about technology in the broadest sense; I can talk to you for hours about setting up operational excellence in a taxing, heavy duty IT environment that relies heavily on internal teams as well as external international parties. But I also love to share insights on how to get teams to align themselves and get feedback from customers on their products or services. I enjoy using multiple methodologies as Scrum does not always work for every team and every setting. And sometimes, a good ‘old-fashioned’ program is still needed to get the results you need.
