A passionate and professional employeneur / project lead with more then 25 years of experience in the engineering field in the function of program management, project management, engineering, quality & risk management in a multidiscipline project oriented environment in the consumer electronics, medical and aerospace industry. I have working knowledge of: technical, project- and quality management, design for six sigma, LEAN resource management, product & process development and several other design and quality tools /methods. I am a professional, a team player, ambitious, straightforward and have proven technical, commercial and organizational skills. I am able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. I have proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. I have first-class analytical and problem solving skills and am dedicated to maintaining high quality standards. I am thinking in solutions, organize things well, think analytical and get things done, both by empowering my teams and rolling up my own sleeves. I feel comfortable taking decisions alone, but encourage others to contribute as well.
