About Tim Walder

Senior Director at Arcadis with the role of Aviation Sector Leader with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. British Aviation Group Board Member and Coast to Capital LEP 360 Degree Board Member. I am also a Careers Enterprise Advisor in the Croydon and Worthing areas and a Qualified Personal Development Coach. My legacy ambition is to inspire the Next Generation to connect with the Aviation and Construction Industries and work with clients to create the Sustainable Aviation Transportation Hubs of the future. I’m on the Board of the British Aviation Group (BAG) with the manifesto to raise awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in our industry and promote the next generation agenda. I'm privileged to lead a great multi-discipline team of over 200 Aviation experts in the following fields; Programme and Project Management, PMO, Cost and Commercial, Master Planning and Design, & Engineering, Technical Due Diligence and Business Planning. We currently have teams working for the following clients creating exceptional and sustainable outcomes: Gatwick, London City, Stansted, Manchester, Luton, Prestwick and Schiphol Airports, British Airways and the CAA. I have a passion for the environment.
