I started my career at Navy Federal March 2016, specializing in Consumer loans, Title and lien recording guidance for collateralized loans. I took on the pre-approval loan validation skill, assisting dealers with loan check validation. I saw first hand how Navy Fed cared about our members and their security. That inspired me to become a team Mentor, helping others to grow their service excellence. In 2021 I was asked to take on the supervisor role. I currently lead a team of member-focused representatives who embody "our members are the mission" with each interaction. Our leadership, culture, and way of life at Navy is second to none.
