During my career I have built a solid track record of driving growth and increased revenue within a highly competitive marketplace. Although I perform well in a broad range of competencies, I prefer to focus my skills to meet the rigorous demands of sales, product and material management, scaling and leading aggressive development strategies, generating impressive gains by optimizing partnership and contracts, maximizing productivity, and cultivating relationships.My familiarity with acquisitions and mergers stems from initiating and closing multiple proposals resulting in the strengthening of company core businesses, allowing operational flexibility through diversification of the business portfolio to exploit the lifelong revenue streams from fleet assets.I have experience in all tiers of leadership and operations and throughout my career have used that knowledge to drive growth and mitigate risk. Twice elected as president of the British Industrial Truck Association (BITA) board of directors, I have been able to keep abreast of all the latest advances and trends in the industry and besides working to further technical guidance, market awareness, and best practices, I was fortunate to have the privilege of leading the introduction of the F-Tec Apprenticeship Programme and the opening of the F-Tec Academy, during my first term as President.
