I am a telecommunication professional with thirty two years of experience and knowledge in the industry. I have fourteen years of experience as a Sales Engineer as well as thirteen years prior experience in Project and Service Operations Management and five years as an installer.My experience includes project management, participation in pre and post sales activities, proposal development/RFP’s, designing business solutions, network architecture, assessment of cost / revenue potential, labor and material pricing, solution configurations, analysis of project implementations and technical support.As a Sales Engineer I have supported National and Major Accounts in System / Solution design and configuration. My responsibilities have included pre and post sales support with technical assistance and presentation participation. My expertise includes Unified Communications, and Nortel product lines: CallPilot, Contact Centers, IVR, BCM, Avaya Communication Manager, IP Office, Norstar systems and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
