As a general contractor we are highly skilled at all aspects of construction, including but not limited to-preconstruction design and consultation with in depth knowledge of all project systems (i.e, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, security, telecommunications, finishes, etc.)-reading complex blueprints, engineered drawings, shop drawings, etc-estimating all aspects of projects -subcontractor bidding, bid reviews, price negotiations, and awarding of contracts -project permitting -project scheduling -project materials buyout -all co-ordination of workers, subcontractors, and materials for the successful completion of projects from start to finish -co-ordination of customer vendors and suppliers -scheduling of all project inspections -completion of turnkey projects with little to no punch lists -processing of all paperwork including: change orders, RFI's, RFP's, daily reports, schedules, updates, etc-generate all closeout documents -well versed in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project We are a team oriented company, with excellent people and communication skills. We are very experienced at developing and maintaining good client relationships. If we are contracted we will be a valuable asset to your project.
