I am an accomplished Merchandising Director with extensive international leadership experience in Europe and Asia. My background covers merchandising, commercial contract negotiations, P&L accountability, direct sourcing and organisational design and change.My career progression to date incorporates the sports industry, the international hypermarket sector and a comprehensive range of UK high street retail. I have held numerous leadership roles both internationally and within the UK and have worked for large multi-national businesses and smaller high growth private equity backed companies. I have been working as a retail consultant since December 2018, clients have included e-commerce retailers, UK high street and a mix of other industries such as education, food, sport academies and executive search.My last permanent role was as Buying & Merchandising Director for Fanatics International, based in Manchester. Fanatics are a US owned global leader in licensed sports merchandise. Fanatics operates some of the world’s best known sporting clubs retail & wholesale solutions, including but not exclusively Manchester United, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, Everton, NFL, NBA, MLB, Formula 1, England Rugby, the FA, Ryder Cup and Wimbledon.
