Having gained extensive experience in Retail Management over the last 15 years working for established firms Colliers and Savills & boutique agencies managing a range of property portfolios. I have a sound knowledge of the retail shops act. I am a strong advocate on being punctual for appointments with clients and I pride myself on being articulate at all work that needs to be presented to both clients and contractors and I am always keen to learn more skills from my peers. My past navy experience allows me to supervise large numbers of staff. I am keen to diversify in my role to become more astute at contract negotiation and further develop skills in all aspects of the role. Tenant & client relationship are extremely important and also to maintain regular communication should be a priority.
