I have been involved in Retail Automotive sales for the past 17 years gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience from this exciting market. I started off in the selling of vehicles before moving into the Finance side of the business. For the previous 11 years I have been facilitating the purchases for customers with dealer backed funding along with selling of the Insurance products. I have worked for major Plc.’s including Inchcape (FTSE 250) and Hartwell’s before becoming self employed back in 2007, this is when my role became more varied and exciting, working for the likes of HR Owen, Citygate, Wessex Garages and Mercedes Benz Retail. I have a real passion for 4 wheels and I have had the pleasure to work with some of the worlds strongest and most exciting premium brands on the planet, Audi, Mercedes, Ferrari, Maserati, Honda, Ford, Volkswagen, I believe this has given me a unique understanding of how all levels of the markets work and the high expectations placed upon me from various customer types. Every company I have worked for has always been in the top 10 for Customer Satisfaction, which I take a great honour along with the colleagues that I worked with to gain these achievements. My enjoyment for life is backed up with a can do approach where if there is a opportunity I wont give up until every stone has been turned to find a solution. I have always worked for companies with a disciplined approach to sales which has always helped me deliver consistent results, I am excited about this new venture with JBR Capital and hope my Dealer based knowledge will be a real benefit for a Finance company.
