About Tim Yevgrashyn

CTO/CPTO with 26+ years in software and product leadership across B2B SaaS, platforms, dev tools, and game development services. I specialise in aligning product strategy with platform and delivery, then measuring results using DORA, lead time, MTTR, cost-to-serve, cloud spend, and customer outcomes.Recent highlights include supporting Doodle’s shift to portfolio flow and value-driven execution, working with the CTO and leadership to improve alignment and throughput using Lean Portfolio practices and Portfolio Kanban. I’ve also helped many teams transition from story-point rituals to flow-based forecasting and #NoEstimates within months, reducing planning overhead and focusing on predictability backed by real delivery data. Earlier, I contributed to a Scaled Agile transformation in B2B SaaS, Banking, and VR retail, with releases moving from 6 to 2 months and time-to-market cut from 9 to 3 months: CTO/CPTO leadership, Product strategy, Platform engineering, Developer Experience, Lean Portfolio & Kanban, Org design (Flight Levels, Team Topologies), AI/GenAI enablement for dev workflows, SRE/Resilience, Cloud cost optimisation, Observability, DORA, MTTR, Compliance automation.I work best where technology is the growth lever and the mandate is clarity, speed and measurable outcomes. I build leadership cadence, align roadmaps to strategy, and make the work visible from portfolio to team level. For executive roles in DACH/EU, please reach out to me to discuss mandates focused on product and platform scale, reliability, and product velocity.
