Machine Learning Engineer at M2M Tech, leading the development of AI solutions across sports analytics, health tech, and computer vision. I build production-grade AI agents, deploy RAG systems, and design ML pipelines for tasks like image-based prediction and structured data querying. Previously, I spent a decade in public administration and healthcare, managing national projects and leading 60+ staff. At Hongkong Post, I launched 20+ stamp issues and used data analytics to optimize operations—experience that sharpened my leadership and problem-solving under pressure. My transition into tech began with self-driven projects, including a Python-based rental analytics tool. Since then, I’ve delivered full-stack AI systems using tools like LangChain, FastAPI, YOLO, and SAM—bringing ideas from prototype to production. I'm driven by impact, not hype—combining domain knowledge, analytical thinking, and a passion for learning to solve real-world problems with AI.
