Background

About Timberlance Brown

I’m a driven and adaptable leader with a proven track record in human resources, recruiting operations, and social services. Currently, I lead as a Recruiting Processor Supervisor at P&S Transportation, where I manage recruiting workflows, optimize team performance, and help drive the company’s growth through effective hiring strategies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services and an MBA in Human Resources with a concentration in Leadership, I bring a strong blend of people-centered service and strategic business insight. My early experience as a Caseworker and Financial Support Worker with the Department of Human Resources allowed me to develop a deep understanding of client needs, problem-solving, and organizational management — skills that continue to shape my leadership style today. I’m known for being highly organized, a fast learner, and solution-oriented — able to quickly adapt, take initiative, and lead teams through change. My goal is to continue growing into higher-level management roles where I can lead teams, streamline operations, and contribute to long-term organizational success. I’m actively open to connecting with professionals and organizations seeking passionate leadership, operational excellence, and results-driven growth.
