Who am I? I am Timeea. I am enthusiastic Software Developer, Agile responsible, Project and Team Leader. I am very communicative person, open always to new ideas and experiences, sociable and adaptable. I work better with dynamic tasks and new challenges. I started my journey in the work field as a software developer. After 3 years of development in C and C++ in Automotive area I started to get in touch with Agile Methodology and Scrum and Kanban methods. I liked a lot this approach and started slow to know more and more about it. Meanwhile, the project I was working on adopted Agile methodology so I became responsible of this. So it began my journey in the Agile field. After one year and half doing both software development and agile organization as Scrum Master role I changed the company and became Agile responsible in the new company. What I want to o next? I just want to get better day by day at what I am this moment. To develop my current skills and acquire new ones. I do have also a life after work. In my free time I am part of a dancing team because I love to dance. I also like a lot traveling and reading. I discovered also meditation, one of the things I could say took part at a big change in my life.
