For me, marketing is communicating and listening! To bring the company vision to life, it is crucial to inform society about what our company is all about. Equally important is listening to and understanding the needs of our customers. Marketing is the interface between the company and society: through communication and listening we can bring our products and our corporate culture to the world. For me, marketing is not a job, but a passion. I always approach challenges with a high level of comprehension and a determined will to succeed. An open feedback culture helps me to fully exploit my potential and develop personally. I always keep the big picture in mind in order to develop solutions with creativity and passion that generate real added value. However, I will not succeed in doing this alone. For me, harmonious teamwork is the key to my success.
