About Timo Ebeling

I’m a Mechanical Engineer and Six Sigma Consultant, Co-partner of NT Desenvolvimento Gerencial, working on Six Sigma projects, training and coaching the Belts in order to guarantee significant financial results for the organizations. Before, I worked on the fields of mechanical and metallurgical engineering as well as production and materials engineering. For almost 20 years, I’ve been working on defining and managing engineering projects. For eight years I conducted strategic R&D projects of the VALLOUREC group. I worked on the development of products and processes and my project team and I could file three patents based on our work. Previously, I concluded my biggest professional milestone: My doctorate about the "Simulation of the Plastic Deformation of Magnesium Alloys" mainly for medical and automotive applications. The final grade of magna cum laude was a result of 5 years passionate and dedicated work. Furthermore, I could win an award of the TMS congress of the best student paper of the year 2008. Simultaneously, I always broaden my horizon with training and courses, such as Six Sigma GB and BB (2018), Project Managing of Strategic Projects (2015-2017), CAD designer (2004) and European Welding Specialist When I’m not on the job, my huge passion is Mountain- and Street biking. I love to create and overcome challenges with the bike, such as the Audax Club Parisien Randonneur challenges, self defined climbing challenges.
