About Timo Frey

In the beginning of 2024, I completed my Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation (1.4). During my Master's degree, I was simultaneously employed as a working student in the nexT Innovation Lab at Truma Gerätetechnik GmbH & Co. KG and dealt primarily with the topics of innovation management and electromobility. Towards the end of my Master's degree, I was employed as a Master's student at the BMW Group in the specialised field of innovation scouting and wrote my Master's thesis on the topic:"Management of supplier innovations in the powertrain development of the BMW Group"(1.0)As part of my Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain & Information Management (2.8), I dealt with the logistical challenges of the future in the automotive industry as part of my Bachelor's thesis. The topic of the thesis was:"Material supply concepts in the automotive industry with special consideration of flexible assembly lines for vehicles with combustion, hybrid and electric powertrains"(1.7)During my studies, I was able to gain 3 years of professional experience. Thereby I was able to gain a wide range of insights and acquired professional experience in different administrative fields as well as in the production area. Through my studies as well as through internships and my work as a student trainee and Master's student, I was able to expand my structured and analytical thinking and also develop my communication and teamwork skills in various areas of expertise.In my spare time, I recently completed the B-license of the Bayerischer Fußball-Verband (BFV) and worked as a volunteer coach in both amateur and professional football.
