About Timo Lappalainen

I am a value driven and strongly business oriented data professional with +20 years of experience from business critical roles in finance, supply chain management and reporting. I can communicate fluently with both business and specialists from various different fields and my social skills have received a lot of positive feedback. Core values: Trust, Joy and Humbleness. First phase of my professional career was focused on gaining experience in mid-sized and large companies running their business on SAP. Responsibilities were heavily focussed on business process development and reporting in the field of finance and supply chain management. During this time I led several challenging process development projects and gained strong hands on experience from ERP and reporting systems. Second phase of my career was more focused on understanding and developing leadership skills in order to be able to build great teams and communicate efficiently with different people. During this time I also completed a degree in solution based supervision of work and several certificates on collaboration tools. Our team also built training programs for young leaders from scratch and run those programs with great feedback from customers. Third and current part of my career is to combine learnings from earlier phases and use them to improve our customers daily lives. Apply learned leadership tools to build teams with unique working culture and capable of providing superior customer experience. Apply long business experience in reporting & process development to find new ways for technologies to serve our customers.
