About Timo Lopperi

I am an automotive engineer spiced with a strong marketing twist, and I have versatile working experience in the technical wholesale and distribution business and automotive aftermarket in Finland. The most of my professional life so far, I have been working at the vehicle industry department of Oy Kaha Ab. As a product group manager my team’s main responsibilities are the product management and marketing of various vehicle electronics products. Sales activities to industrial customers, but also cross-selling to aftermarket segments, are essential part of this job. Supplier contacts and dealing with foreign people in commercial and technical matters belong to my enjoyable daily tasks. In addition to my product management and sales tasks, I have done a cross-organisational “side-career” at Kaha by serving the whole organisation in several IT/Web based projects. During the 10+ years I have managed projects like internet, extranet, intranet, CRM, catalogue production etc. This co-operation with multiple internal and external partners has given me the excellent opportunity to learn various business areas of this branch. During my whole career customer service, taking care of both external and internal clients, has been in significant role. Dealing with different kind of people and matters, activeness and accuracy, in addition to my professional skills have been requirements for the successfull handling of my work tasks.
