Equally, as a coach, leader, or manager, I am passionate to understand why people organize and behave in specific ways – and why this behavior seemingly repeats in patterns. As an expert in organic models for organizing, organizational change, Lean and Agile thinking, I can help to navigate the complexity of organizational development in the increasingly turbulent operating environment. I apply the same principles of continuous improvement through experimentation in coaching, leadership, and management roles. For me, the line between these roles gets rather blurred. With over 25 years of experience in various types of organizations around the world with development, business, and managing teams, I have found myself to be involved in: • developing bleeding-edge technology • working in globally distributed settings • pioneering agile embedded and hardware development including strictly regulated domains • developing products that have changed business models, even fields • leading global expert groups in various topics and • coaching a large-scale transformation towards an organic organizing model …and I lived to tell the tale, and to help others facing similar endeavors.
