About Timofei Gorban

My stepfather was my first pizzaolo, teaching me how to knead and spinning dough, and then cook pizza in a wood-fired oven. I started cooking at a young age, around six years old. Fortunately, in school I was able to take cooking classes instead of labor lessons, and that's where I learned to make my first omelet! I've always been passionate about cooking, and love exploring different restaurants, cultures, and the history of dishes from various countries and cities. Today, I'm the International R&D Manager at Dodo Brands and an invited chef for Dodo's partners. I've had a hand in creating menus in Germany, Poland, Vietnam, and Serbia. My three main principles for work are • honesty and transparency in partnerships, • adherence to standards, and the organization and simplification of operational processes in business. • prioritize satisfying the preferences of the guests in pizza stores.
