About Timon Kwade

Some of my close friends described me once as target oriented, fast learning and sociable person, who’s keen to debates and willing to express his own opinions. I was very pleased to hear those attributes, since I identified those as some of my key character traits. But enough about what others think about me, let’s get right to the core! What makes me tick? I have a strong drive to learn new things, not only in theory as I do as a student, but also in real life cases. For me, being a university student isn’t just about being at the university and spending the rest of the day with my friends hanging out and listening to music. I am always keeping up with my professional life, while being an economical engineering student at the KIT (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology). Besides different side jobs, e.g as a working student at abas ormy full-time year at BDG, I’m also active at delta, a local student run management consultancy. I see learning as a life long experience and am happy to constantly reinvent myself. I’m thankful for every job I had so far and appreciate everything I learned. Since communications is key, I learned how to be friendly, helpful and respectful, while interacting with colleagues and people in general. My time at abas thought me a lot about agile software development, SCRUM and teamwork in general. delta brought my structured and target oriented way of working to a new level and my job in the event business told me a professional but also sympathetic appearance.
