About Timotej Stanga

University taught me how to study fast and gave me discipline with a drive for results. Unfortunately, after 3 years, I was unable to finish said university for various reasons and left abroad looking for work. The first job in Netherlands involved operation of a production machine and some quality control. It showed me the importance of working in a good environment with a friendly team. After that came Order Picking which improved my working pace and gave me an quick course in Polish language. I had to return to Slovakia for family reasons, however my new found love for Holland brought me back few months later, when I became a coordinator for Sagius Uitzenders. Coordination required a wide range of skills and improved my flexibility by a fair amount. Firstly it improved my driving skills with many vehicles, from small city cars to mini bus, in all kinds of weather conditions. Secondly, it boosted my communication skills, both casual and professional, and also helped me with Dutch language as my new team consisted of mostly Dutch speaking individuals. Lastly, it pushed my organization and planning to another level, making my day as flexible as possible while following a fixed schedule, utilizing every minute.
