Navigated a $30M building materials distributor through the 2008 financial crisis, averting bankruptcy through debt restructuring, working capital optimization and operational rightsizing. • Cost Reduction & Efficiency. Delivered $15M in annual savings through strategic initiatives including process redesign, ERP implementation, vendor management and operational consolidation. • Financial Innovation. Generated $2M in savings with innovative compensation structuring for highly compensated employees, with an additional $10M deferred due to COVID. • Optimizing Enterprise Technology. Spearheaded the $33M 2 ½ year Transform Purdue Initiative, which included enterprise-wide SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors implementations, delivering $11M (above) in annual savings while meeting targeted ROI.
