I am currently the Squad Lead for the kyndrylServices Sales to Delivery Boarding Squad. My team drives new customer enablements and transformation projects. My global team consists of project managers and technical resources from several countries. People call me the firefighter, if there are issues, you can usually find me in the middle of it, trying to correct it as quick as possible. I have also driven high level projects for customer migrations. As Client Experience Project Manager, I was responsible for a customer exiting 2 existing data centers and migrating to a new IBM Cloud offering. Tasks included daily meetings with the customer infra team and Vice President, daily meetings with IBM Execs and ensuring the plan was executed and completed on time. I've been in IT since 1984. I've worked my way from a Mainframe Operator to a Distributed Operator to Team Lead. I then moved into handling New Business for Distributed Operations and also Transitions. I also handled major projects for Distributed Operations group. In 2006, I moved over to the Major Incident Management team handling new business, transitions and projects. 2012 - I moved to over Smart Cloud Enterprise Plus (SCE+) which then became Cloud Managed Services (CMS) as Global Technical Lead for the Boarding/Enablement Team. My team drove new customer on boardings/enablements and transformation projects. My global team consists of project managers from several countries. ITIL V3 Certified (2010)
