With over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and leadership, I am passionate about TRANSFORMING and DRIVING BUSINESS PROFITABILITY by developing programs, creating new revenue streams, optimizing OPEX/CAPEX, and making strategic capital investments. As the President/CEO/Administrator at Hill View Retirement Center, a $13M NON-PROFIT HEALTHCARE FACILITY, I spearhead the financials, staffing, maintenance, medical services, and residential/community programs for the continuum of care, including independent living, memory care, and nursing services. I manage an estimated 190 employees, including MULTI-DEPARTMENT SUPPORT and CLINICAL STAFF, and ensure the highest standards of quality care and resident satisfaction. I also have a proven track record of quick administrative response. These skills were put to the test during the COVID outbreak, when I quickly introduced updated policies, procedures, and systems that complied with CDC and OSHA regulations. By responding promptly, we had a positive impact on the health and wellness of residents and staff, which resulted in a more stabilized workforce with lower contraction and death rates. Currently, I'm MULTI-CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL with recognition as a Certified Public Manager, a Registered Environmental Health Specialist, and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, and I have a PhD in Biomedical Sciences.
