I am an independent consultant with over 28 years of experience in managing organisational change and delivering large-scale development programs in various sectors and regions. I have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and a passion for social entrepreneurship and African affairs. My core competencies include project conceptualization, documentation, operational planning, monitoring, and business systems strengthening. I work with clients such as Trocaire Somalia, Education Development Trust, and Helen Keller International, helping them achieve their goals and deliver positive social impact through effective and efficient program design and implementation. I also facilitate workshops, coordinate consortium members and stakeholders, review and redesign business systems, and provide individual training and mentoring. My current assignment is ending in June 2025, I am available for short or long terms assignements from August 2025.
