Over the past decade, I have partnered with senior leadership to scale multi-site organizations and drive EBITDA expansion. At AQUA Dermatology, I helped guide the organization from 34 to 110 locations and 270+ providers, driving 4.8x revenue growth and 7.0x EBITDA growth through strategic planning, operational partnership, and disciplined financial leadership. Prior to that, at Sage Dental, I built the financial and reporting infrastructure that supported expansion across 62 practices, while implementing scalable processes, performance management systems, and analytics that aligned operators with investor objectives. My expertise spans financial strategy, post-acquisition integration, KPI/dashboard development, forecasting, and data-driven decision support.
