My goal in life is to motivate, inspire, and help others lead richer, happier, and healthier lives. It is all about love, compassion, and connections. I strive to innovate learning and broaden perception to enhance how we view ourselves and our important place in the world, universe, and beyond. I am passionate about critical contemplative inquiry and pedagogy, and am dedicated to bringing mindfulness and anti-oppression teaching practices into all aspects of education (teaching, leadership, administration, etc.). I love working on initiatives that involve learning/neuroscience/psychology/EIQ/exploration/curiosity, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging), personal and interpersonal development, global affairs/human and civil rights, global cross-cultural learning, politics, philosophy, LGBTQ+ advocacy, mental health awareness, streamlining policies/procedures/technology/UX to make as many lives even just a little bit better. An avid karaoke singer, cuisine lover, traveler, hiker, and water child.
