Manage a staff of nearly 400 regional managers, local managers, mechanics, electricians, stationary engineers and waste water operators. • Responsible for the proper upkeep and maintenance of over $600M worth of facilities and equipment across 73 industrial plants and Cleanrooms throughout the U.S. and Canada with a yearly Major and Minor Capital budget of $99M. • Develop policy and procedures to maximize reliability and sustainability of all production facilities and equipment. • Implement and assess cost saving measures to minimize plant costs while maximizing production availability. Continuously analyze ways to reduce water, electric, and gas consumption, while still meeting or exceeding production goals and facility requirements. • Enforce industrial standards, environmental compliance and code requirements by complying with local, State and Federal entities such as OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, ASME, ANSI, NBIC and ISO.
