I work in the Intake and Promotions space within the Gambler’s Help program, where I support individuals and communities impacted by gambling harm. My role involves guiding people through the intake process to ensure they can access timely, confidential support tailored to their needs. Alongside intake, I actively promote awareness of the program across the community — building relationships with local services, delivering outreach, and providing information sessions that empower people to seek help without stigma. I’m passionate about reducing barriers to access and making sure every referral is met with empathy, professionalism, and respect. Whether I’m supporting a client directly or collaborating with a service provider, I’m focused on creating pathways to recovery and safer communities.
