About Timothy Burchfield

I am currently part of the Inside Sales Team for Allergan Eyecare where our mission is your vision. Our goal is to help give everyone who uses our products and services the best vision possible. We do this by creating innovative treatments for both new and unmet needs in eye care, as well as by working to provide our patients with access to the programs and education they need to treat their disease. I have extensive experience going beyond meeting the needs of my customers. While working multiple jobs to support my family, I was able to earn a master's degree in Healthcare Administration and pursue the goal of becoming a leader in the healthcare industry. I have since attained a wide spectrum of supervisory and managerial positions from hospital to clinic settings with increasing responsibilities. This has led to my current sales position, a combination of customer service skills supported by an extensive healthcare background. Prior to Allergan, I was a manager with the Seton Heart Institute. I was responsible for staffing and support for multiple cardiology clinics and numerous satellite clinics that required effective partnerships with numerous stakeholders. This experience has added insight that has allowed for seamless interaction with the office staff and doctors that we partner with to help those who suffer from glaucoma, presbyopia, and dry eye disease to maintain their vision and avoid the fading burden of blindness.
