About Timothy Burdon

With more than a decades experience in the Identity and PAM space I have a proven track record building high performing teams capable of adapting and thriving in a rapidly changing and scaling business. I built a consultancy business, which I started out of university(college), then moved onto Bomgar(now BeyondTrust) and built a services organisation covering Europe, Middle East and Africa from scratch, scaling into a large international team (expanding into APAC) through a combination of organic growth and growth through acquisition. I have an entrepreneurial mindset and am very comfortable in agile teams from small startups through to larger enterprises. During my time at BeyondTrust we moved from a single on-prem only solution company to the SaaS first portfolio player we are today. In the last two years I have been applying this knowledge in the partner space, designing and rolling out programs to help partners to develop services and consultancy practices aligned to BeyondTrust technologies. In less than two years my team put in place programs to track delivery NPS, created new certification paths for partners to achieve delivery and pre-sales proficiency and worked with established and new partners to build out their BT practice. This work has involved a large amount of cross functional work, aligning diverse stakeholders across the BT organisation as well as our partner community. I have developed my natural skills in solving complex business problems across the whole customer and partner journey. Leveraging skills developed early in my career to quickly identify opportunities to improve the quality of our offerings to partners in order to drive improved customer adoption and success.
