In my 16 years as an educator and 19 years as a coach, I have found fulfillment and purpose by motivating and inspiring people to realize their dreams. Teaching and coaching have been my ministry to young adults and the community, and I enjoy helping them discover who they are, who they want to be, and how to make that future self become a reality. I believe in developing the whole person, teaching them to how become balanced (mentally, physically, emotionally/spiritually), and using research-based practices as a guide. My leadership strength is in creating effective partnerships between municipal, community, and business partners. I have written leadership programs for teams, established a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization for Pre K-12 community athletes, raised over in funds for a (grades 7-12) basketball program, attracted customers and raised community awareness for local businesses, run several summer leagues including over 24 teams from 4 different counties, and been placed in leadership positions at my church.
